Questions
How do I get in?
Once you're approved, choose your own door code in the member portal. Type it on the keypad any time during access hours.
When am I charged?
You add a card when you join, but you're not charged until the gym approves your membership. After that you're billed monthly or yearly, depending on your plan.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Cancel in the portal any time and your membership runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Suspend it from the portal and your door code turns off and billing pauses until you resume.
What if a payment fails?
Update your card in the portal. Door access can be paused until the balance is paid.
Can I bring a guest?
No. The gym is members only, and please don't hold the door for anyone. See the gym rules.
