Terms of Service

Memberships are for one person and cannot be shared or transferred. You must be 18 or older to join on your own; younger members need a parent or guardian to sign up and sign the waiver. New memberships are reviewed and become active once approved and your first payment succeeds. Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing & Hours page.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you authorize us to charge your payment method each period.
• If a payment fails we will retry it. If it still cannot be collected, your membership may be suspended and door access removed until the balance is paid.
• You can cancel at any time from the member portal. Cancelling stops future charges and your access ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Unless the law requires it, payments already made are not refunded.

You choose a personal PIN for the keypad. Keep it private: do not share it, let anyone follow you in, or prop the door open. Access is only available during the hours posted on the Pricing & Hours page, and we can change those hours. We can suspend or remove your access at any time for safety or security reasons or for breaking these terms.

You agree to follow the Gym Rules, to use equipment properly and to respect other members. Because the club is unstaffed, you are responsible for leaving equipment and spaces clean and safe. The club is monitored by security cameras. We may suspend or end your membership, without refund, for unsafe behavior, damage, harassment or rule violations.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You confirm that you are physically able to use a fitness facility and should check with a doctor if you are unsure. You use the club and its equipment at your own risk, as set out in the liability waiver you sign when you join. If these terms and the waiver conflict about injury or liability, the waiver controls.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the door system. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flexfit.Gym is not liable for lost or stolen belongings, for outages of the website, door system or payment services, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the club after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
