Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name and email address, and the sign-in method you choose (email or Google). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Membership: your plan, membership status and the date you joined.
• Liability waiver: the name you typed to sign, the waiver text, the time you signed and the IP address you signed from.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and payment status. Your card number never touches our servers.
• Door access: the door PIN you choose (stored encrypted) and a log of door entries and unlock events with the time of each.
• Video: cameras at the club record the entrance and the floor for safety and security. Footage stays on equipment at the club and is viewed only by club owners and staff.
• Activity records: an audit log of membership actions (for example sign-up, approval, suspension or cancellation) and standard server logs.

To create and manage your membership, take payment, give your PIN access to the door during open hours, remove access when a membership is suspended or cancelled, keep the club safe, keep records of waivers and payments, and contact you about your account. We use your information for nothing else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the service providers that run the site and the club, each for its own function:

• Clerk: sign-in and account security.
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• Ubiquiti UniFi: door access control and cameras, running on equipment at the club.
• Cloudflare: network security and delivery of this website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of members and the club.

Member data is stored in a database on servers we control. Access is limited to club owners and administrators who need it to run the club.

We keep your information while your membership is active and afterwards for as long as needed for billing, tax, safety and legal records, including your signed waiver. You can ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.

You can view and change your door PIN in the member portal, manage or cancel your subscription from the portal, and ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion of your information by contacting us below. You can also remove Flexfit.Gym’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The club and this site are for adults. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign up and sign the waiver. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced to members by email.
